About Us
Dr. Macie Biermann, DC
Dr. Macie is a Functional Medicine Chiropractic Physician who specializes in identifying the root causes behind complex, chronic health concerns. She believes the body functions as an interconnected system — not isolated parts — and that symptoms are often signals pointing back to deeper imbalances. Rather than masking symptoms, Dr. Biermann focuses on understanding why they are happening. Through advanced functional lab testing and comprehensive clinical evaluation, she helps patient discover what is causing their symptoms.
Chronic health issues are deeply personal to Dr. Macie. Like many of her patients, she has experienced firsthand how frustrating it can be to search for answers and not feel heard. At a young age, she faced digestive problems, acne, autoimmune symptoms, PCOS, then later in life suffered with a severe antibiotic reaction to Ciprofloxacin that caused mitochondrial toxicity and tendon issues. Those experiences strengthened her commitment to practicing differently — with curiosity, compassion, and a determination to look deeper when others stop searching.
She understands that chronic illness affects more than just the individual — it impacts families, relationships, and quality of life. This perspective fuels her dedication to walking alongside her patients with both clinical precision and genuine empathy.
