5-Month Healing Plan

Our 5-Month Healing Plan is an all-inclusive plan designed to uncover the root causes behind your complex symptoms using advanced lab testing and personalized expert care. Through five one-on-one visits, unlimited messaging support, and in-depth education, you’ll gain clarity, direction, and real progress toward lasting wellness. We offer two versions of the program: one with labs included, and one without labs if you already have recent testing.

Month 1:
- 60-minute initial consultation covering your history and symptoms where we map out your habits, digestion, sleep, stress, nutrition, toxins, and decide together what labs are best for you. We start by identifying key triggers and lifestyle changes you can implement right away to begin feeling better.
Labs Included:
- 68-point blood test and any additional testing needed.
- One advanced panel - Gut Test, Organic Acids Test, or Cyrex Panel (based on symptoms)
Month 2:
- 60-minute lab review visit - understand what is causing your stubborn symptoms and look into gut dysbiosis, mitochondrial function, organ dysfunction and stress, vascular health, cholesterol levels, blood sugar, and any infections affecting your health like mold or parasites.
- 20% off all supplements
Month 3:
- One 60-minute follow-up visit
- Unlimited messaging for questions and support.
Months 4-5:
- One 30-minute follow-up visit per month
- Unlimited messaging for questions and support.
Option 1: All labs included - $2,350 ($3,500 value). Good for anyone who has not had recent testing and is looking for a complete lab panel plus advanced testing. This can be split into 4 ($587.50/mo), 6 ($391.67/mo), or 8 ($293.75) payments.
Option 2: Labs are not included - $1500. Good for anyone who has completed blood labs in the last 3 months. We may need to order additional labs. This can be split into 4 ($375.00/mo), 6 ($250.00/mo), or 8 ($187.50/mo) payments.

One Time Lab Review

This all-inclusive one-time lab review is the perfect way to get started. You’ll receive a complete set of core labs, one advanced panel tailored to your health concerns, and a 60-minute personalized lab review to walk through your results in detail. For one month after your lab review, you’ll have unlimited messaging access for follow-up questions and support. It’s a powerful, low-commitment way to gain clarity, uncover hidden imbalances, and take meaningful action toward feeling better—without diving into a full program just yet.

Wellness Plan

For $99/month with a one-year commitment, our Wellness Plan offers year-round access to professional support, functional lab monitoring, and expert guidance for preventative care and everyday health concerns. Making lasting change in your health takes time, and prevention starts early—this plan is ideal for those who have completed the 5-Month Healing Program or are in stable health and want continued support, annual check-ins, and peace of mind as they stay on track with their long-term wellness goals.

After you complete our detailed health history forms and Dr. Macie has reviewed them, your personalized labs will be available in your email with easy-to-follow instructions for completing tests at your local LabCorp or Quest. You may request a specific panel if desired. Advanced stool, saliva, or urine panels—such as Gut Testing or Organic Acids Testing—can be done conveniently at home and mailed in.
Labs Included:
- Comprehensive 68-point blood panel plus any additional tests needed based on your individual symptoms
- One advanced panel specific to your history or by request: Gut Test, Organic Acids Test, or Cyrex Panel
Once we receive your lab results, we will notify you to schedule a detailed 60-minute Lab Review visit. During this session, we will explain your results, the root causes of your symptoms, and provide clear recommendations for targeted supplementation and lifestyle changes. Common findings include gut dysbiosis, mitochondrial dysfunction, organ stress, vascular health issues, blood sugar imbalances, and infections such as mold or parasites that may be impacting your health.
You’ll also receive 20% off all supplements to support your personalized healing plan.
$1,150 all labs included (labs average $850 value). This cost can be applied toward the 5 Month Healing Plan if you decide that you want additional support.

Support through health challenges, symptom flares, traveling, and sickness. We are here for you any day, any time for only $250/month.
