Includes personalized supplement protocols, functional lab education, and wellness guidance. Portal messaging is included while actively on a custom care plan.
Supplement and lab testing prices may vary based on recommendations and are not included in office fees. We do not accept insurance to cover lab testing. Purchasing supplements through our office is recommended but optional.
