Maintenance Plan

The Maintenance Plan is designed for patients who are feeling well, have stable symptoms, and want light, proactive oversight without monthly visits.

This plan focuses on prevention, early course correction, and long-term health maintenance.

Includes:

  • 1 x 60 min visit

  • 3 x 30 min visits

  • Periodic check-ins and guidance

  • Review of symptoms, lifestyle, and overall health trends

  • Lab interpretation if testing is ordered

This plan is offered after stability has been established and is not intended for active symptom investigation or frequent adjustments.

About testing:

Testing is ordered when clinically indicated. Lab costs are billed separately through our office, and interpretation is included within scheduled visits.

Investment:

$650 per year. Kids and teens <18 years old $550. Additional visits available if needed.
